The 8-Week Weight Loss Challenge is a whole foods based program. This means that it is mostly plant-based, but you can also eat healthy meats if you choose to.

Whole foods like vegetables, fruits, whole grains, nuts/seeds, etc… are the absolute best option for weight loss, and in the 8-Week Weight Loss Challenge you will be able to choose the ones that you love by selecting from a huge list of super healthy, low-calorie foods.

You have the benefit of focusing on eating the absolute healthiest foods, but with the freedom to mix in other foods as well.
